COOKERY COURSE FOR BEGINNERS

Join us for a five-day cookery course this summer and learn all you need to know to become a confident cook. The course covers knife skills, cooking equipment, core techniques and all the essentials - herbs, breadmaking, soups, risotto, fish, stocks and sauces, tarts, chicken, meat, seafood, stew, potatoes and desserts. The cost is just £399. The course runs on Jul 15-19.

BAKING FOR BEGINNERS

Feel left out of the baking revolution? This course teaches you how to make perfect fruit scones, Victoria sponge, bakewell tart, apple tart and pithivier as well as essential baking techniques. Learn to use puff pastry and make your own shortcrust pastry. Cost is £99.50. The next classes are May 17 and Aug 4.
