Your evening begins at 6.30pm. The cocktail course a range of exciting cocktails and features different ingredients. Your tutor will demonstrate how to make the first cocktail and then you will go and make it and then sit down and drink it. Then you make the next cocktail and drink that, and so on, all evening. You will receive a cocktial on arrival and then be shown how to make it by the tutor. You will then make - and drink - a further 3 cocktails. Following that there will be a demosntration tasting of a further 4 cocktails. Your tutor will also explain the history of cocktails and the background to each drink.

Location

The Cookery School is based in the Peckhams Building in Glassford St in the Merchant City area of Glasgow city centre.

We are 50 yards from the Marks & Spencer store in Argyle St and 150 yards from George Square.

The Queen St, Argyle St and Central railway stations are a few minutes walk away - as are Buchanan St and St Enoch Underground stations.

There are car parks in Glassford St and St Enoch Centre.
