Welcome To The Cookery School

We run One-Day and Evening Cookery Classes as well as Evening Wine Classes and Cocktail-Making Classes. Most of our courses are aimed at adults, but we also have a very popular Adult & Child (aged 10-plus) One-Day Class as well as Morning Classes for Schools. This summer we will be running Five-Day Courses for Adults as well as Five-Day Classes for Young Cooks (aged 14-plus). We also run a wide range of Corporate and Team Building courses.

Gift Vouchers make an ideal present for Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Xmas and Valentine's Day as well as birthdays and anniversaries. In fact, they are a great present all the year round. We are unique among all the cookery schools in Britain in that our vouchers have no use-by date. You can use them this year, next year, any year. Our vouchers are posted out by first class post the same day. If you need a last minute gift, we have introduced an email version of our vouchers which you will receive the same day.
