FATHER'S DAY SPECIAL JUN 17 - COOKING WITH BEER 

Beer is more versatile than wine in cooking. To prove it, we are introduced a one-day Cooking With Beer class. A variety of different beers will used to flavour dishes as disparate as bread, soup, fish, chicken and desserts. Cost £99.50           

 NEW SATURDAY EVENING COURSES FOR MAY

We are introducing two new Satruday night courses for May. The Profiterole and Chocolate Eclair Heaven on Sat May 19 course follows the same principle as our other Heaven courses - after a complimetary glass of sparkling wine you are served a Gourmet Meal and then you will make - and eat - your own Profiteroles and Chocolate Eclairs made from choux pastry. This class costs £42.50

Due to Public Demands, we are running a Cook'n'Eat class on Saturday night. But since it's Saturday this will be a Gourmet Cook'n'Eat on Sat May 26 and the menu will include spiced parsnip capuccino, guineafowl stuffed with mushrooms and wrapped with pancetta and served with dauphinouse potatoes and sticky toffee pudding. You also receive a compimentary glass of sparkling wine. This  course cost is £42.50.

NEW COOK'N'EAT MENU FOR MAY  - Mushroom Samosa followed by Salmon en Papillotte. Cost £29.50

NEW FOUR-WEEK FISH CLASS FOR JUNE

Our first-ever Four-Week Fish class will begin on Tue Jun 5. Every week you will do a fish-themed starter and main course including seabass in a lemon beurre blanck, mackerel bourride, cod in a parsley sauce, cullen skink, hot and sour fish soup, smoked salmon roulade and fish pate.

Celebrate this weekend in grand style. Fri Jun 1 - One-day Handmade Chocolates Class followed by our popular Cocktail-Making in the evening. Saturday Jun 2 - One-Day Fish Class followed by Cocktail Heaven in the evening. On Sunday Jun 3 we are a one-day Adult & Child Class.

An intense course covering a wide range of dishes with special emphgasis on knife skills, cooking techniques and herbs.

NEW FIVE-DAY ASIAN COURSE AUG 6-10

Join us for Cook's Tour of Asia. This new one-week course takes in the cuisines of India, Burma, Thailand, China, and Indonesia. £399
