XMAS LUNCH / DINNER - DEC 18-23

Canapes & glass of sparkling wine, roast parsnip soup with peppered honey' surpreme of chicken wrapped in crisp pancetta with dauphinoise potato; Xmas pudding ice-cream with brandy creme anglaise; coffee & home-made shortbread Price Lunch £14.95 Dinner £24.95

SPECIAL TUE EVENING CLASS - DEC 1-15

Instead of doing our usual two dishes per evening for four Tuesdays, you will do three dishes per evening for three Tuesdays. You will do a starter, main course and pudding every evening. This course will run approx 1 hour longer. Menu - leek and potato soup with Mull cheddar, salmon en croute, apple tart; aubergine aprmigiani, pork and chorizo cassoulet, poached pears with chocolate sauce; roast parsnip soup with peppered honey, chicken stuffed with haggis, Xmas pudding ice-cream parfait. Price £99.50

ONE-DAY XMAS COOKERY CLASS - SAT DEC 5

Spiced parsnip soup with wild mushrooms, Smoked salmon tartare on toasted brioche, Roast poussin with nutmeg sauce, celeriac, shallots and roast chestnuts, Braised red cabbage, Pears poached in spiced wine, Xmas pudding ice-cream parfait. Price £99.50

KIDS CUPCAKE SATURDAY COURSE - NOV 28

A fun activity teaching children how to make cupcakes and icing. Price £15.                                              

NEW COCKTAIL HEAVEN COURSE SAT OCT 24 AND SAT NOV 14

Join us for the ideal Saturday night out - our Cocktail Making class followed by a hot buffet comprising some of the favourite dishes created at The Cookery School including starters, main courses and puddings. Previously this class has only been available for private parties, but following demand, we are making it available to all. Cost is £50pp.

ABOUT US: We run One-Day and Evening Cookery Classes as well as Evening Wine Classes and Cocktail-Making Classes. Most of our courses are aimed at adults, but we also have a very popular Adult & Child (aged 10-plus) One-Day Class as well as Morning Classes for Schools. This summer we ran Five-Day Courses for Adults as well as Five-Day Classes for Young Cooks (aged 14-plus). We also run a wide range of Corporate and Team Building courses and we are also available for Hen Parties, Private Functions as well as Outside Catering.
